Fully Automatic Meter Test Bench

• Fully automatic three phase energy meter test bench offered by us comply with the standard of IEC 60736 testing equipment for electrical energy meters and IEC62053 standard with electricity metering equipment. These are used in test functions like Warm up, Basic error test, standard deviation (S) in error test and repeatable error tests. Some other test functions these are used in include:

• Latent test (no load test)/automatic and manual operation with seek mark automatically.
• Initial test (starting test)/automatic and manual operation with seek mark automatically.

Semi-Automatic Meter Test bench

The calibration and certification of electricity meters are important functions, which are generally carried out by the electricity supply companies, electricity boards and energy meter manufacturers. Due to the semiautomatic nature of the test, it is economical and capital investment is less and more suitable for Indian Conditions. The test bench is easy to operate and as a precise result is obtained at the same time, cost for testing is reduced. Test bench can be used to test Ferrari Meters and electronic KWH Meters.

• 10/20,10/40 meters can be tested simultaneously, therefore more productivity. Accuracy of reference standard can be 0.05% or 0.1% therefore all types of energy meters can be tested.
• Used for testing of prepaid smart meters and their collaboration.
• Used in meter factories & calibration utilities.

Water Meter Test Bench

Structure and Features: The water meter test bench is made up of the platform, clamps, back and front pipe, flow counter group, standard measuring instrument and the outlet valve. When the inlet is connected with the stable water source, the water will get to the standard measuring instrument through the straight pipe. Compare the value of the checked water meter with that of the standard measuring instrument, the valve error that the water meter reads will be acquired.
